1. NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

The Neuro-Cosmic Web sells digital products and experiences. Purchased content is delivered by immediate online access after payment. Nothing is shipped.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because our products are digital and access is delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to the content has been delivered, except as described in this policy or where required by applicable law.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. Our products are educational and experiential tools for personal development. They are not medical or psychological treatment, and no specific personal outcome is promised. Purchases are not refundable on the basis of expected results.

3. EUROPEAN UNION, EEA, AND UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMERS

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right can be waived.

At checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. By giving this consent and completing your purchase, you agree that the content is delivered immediately and that the purchase is final.

4. EXCEPTIONS

We will refund your purchase in the following cases:
you were charged more than once for the same product by error;
a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of your access and we cannot restore it within a reasonable time.

If your access does not work, contact us first at connect@neurocosmicweb.com. Restoring your access is almost always immediate.
