1. WHO WE ARE
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website neurocosmicweb.com (the "Site") and the digital products and experiences offered on it (the "Services"), operated by The Neuro-Cosmic Web ("NCW", "we", "us"), established in California, United States.

By accessing the Site or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICES
NCW offers digital experiences, educational content, and self-practice tools built on the Psychabduction© and InnateAdaptation© methodologies developed by Dr. M. Mourabit, MD. The Services are educational and experiential in nature. They are designed for personal exploration, self-observation, and personal development.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase a Service. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older.
4. ACCESS TO PURCHASED CONTENT
Purchased digital content is delivered by immediate online access after payment. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for your individual use only. You agree not to share, resell, distribute, or publish access credentials or content. We may suspend access in the event of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The Services, including The Silent Seed, are educational and experiential tools for personal development. They are not medicine, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or health care of any kind.
Use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other clinical or professional care relationship between you and NCW, Dr. M. Mourabit, or any person involved in creating the Services.
The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or mental health condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of anything encountered in the Services.
If you are experiencing psychological distress, a mental health condition, or a medical condition, consult a qualified physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed therapist. If you believe you may be in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You remain fully responsible for your own experience, decisions, and wellbeing while using the Services. The Services give you a structured space for self-observation. What you do with it belongs to you.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site and within the Services, including texts, methodologies, names, frameworks, audio, visuals, design, and code, and including Psychabduction© and InnateAdaptation©, is the exclusive property of NCW and Dr. M. Mourabit or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchase of a Service grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication, or creation of derivative works without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. PURCHASES, PRICING, AND REFUNDS
7.1 Prices are stated in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout through the payment methods displayed on the Site. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
7.2 Digital content is delivered by immediate access. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
7.3 If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By expressly consenting at checkout to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledging that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, you waive this right in accordance with applicable consumer law. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.
7.4 If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of purchased content and we cannot restore your access within a reasonable time, we will refund your purchase.
8. USER COMMITMENTS
You agree to use the Site and the Services lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, not to interfere with its operation, not to use the Services to harm yourself or others, and not to use the content in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NCW does not warrant any particular personal result or outcome from use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCW's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to NCW for the Service giving rise to the claim. NCW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any non-waivable rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence.
10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
11. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES AND TO THESE TERMS
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site, with its effective date. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
